We take the utmost pride in each product. If you are not satisfied for any reason we are happy to accept your un-used return within 10 days of purchase. Once the product is received by South Avenue Co in its original condition, store credit will be issued for the amount of the purchased product. Items returned that are used or not in their original condition will be subject to a re-stocking fee. 

Unfortunately we don't accept cancellations once an order has been finalized.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please use trackable shipping with your return.

Returns & Exchanges

Orders are shipped with DHL Express. Your order will be delivered to your door. Once the order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Items shipped to any destination other than South Africa are final and exempt from returns. 

Taxes and custom fees may apply at delivery. These charges vary and the buyer is responsible for these charges.

Ring boxes are made to order. When purchasing ring boxes and ribbons, the items will only ship once the ring boxes are ready - please add an extra 2 to 3  days at the most, to above mentioned delivery time.

Other: Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

We are not responsible for stolen packages or those delivered torn, open or damaged
